2023年國家網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全宣傳周由中央宣傳部、中央網(wǎng)信辦、教育部、工業(yè)和信息化部、公安部、中國人民銀行、國家廣播電視總局、全國總工會(huì)、共青團(tuán)中央、全國婦聯(lián)等部門聯(lián)合舉辦。宣傳周主題為“網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全為人民，網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全靠人民”，將在全國范圍內(nèi)持續(xù)開展至9月17日。圍繞黨的十八大以來網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全領(lǐng)域取得的重大成就開展主題宣傳活動(dòng)，通過論壇、研討、展覽、競賽等形式，黨政機(jī)關(guān)、科研機(jī)構(gòu)、高校、企業(yè)、社會(huì)組織、群眾等各方力量廣泛參與網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全宣傳活動(dòng)，全面營造全社會(huì)共筑網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全防線的濃厚氛圍。
網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全宣傳周期間，將圍繞關(guān)鍵信息基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施安全保護(hù)、云計(jì)算服務(wù)安全、汽車數(shù)據(jù)安全、網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與實(shí)踐、青少年網(wǎng)絡(luò)保護(hù)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全服務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展等主題舉辦14場分論壇和主題活動(dòng)。還將舉辦校園日、電信日、法治日、金融日、青少年日、個(gè)人信息保護(hù)日等主題日活動(dòng)，以及網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全進(jìn)社區(qū)、進(jìn)農(nóng)村、進(jìn)企業(yè)、進(jìn)機(jī)關(guān)、進(jìn)校園、進(jìn)家庭等宣傳普及活動(dòng)，推動(dòng)提升全社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全意識(shí)和防護(hù)技能。

黨的十八大以來，我國網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全和信息化事業(yè)取得重大成就，黨對網(wǎng)信工作的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)全面加強(qiáng)，網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間主流思想輿論鞏固壯大，網(wǎng)絡(luò)綜合治理體系基本建成，網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全保障體系和能力持續(xù)提升，網(wǎng)信領(lǐng)域科技自立自強(qiáng)步伐加快，信息化驅(qū)動(dòng)引領(lǐng)作用有效發(fā)揮，網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間法治化程度不斷提高，網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間國際話語權(quán)和影響力明顯增強(qiáng)，網(wǎng)絡(luò)強(qiáng)國建設(shè)邁出新步伐。
Since the 18th CPC National Congress, the country has made remarkable achievements in the development of its cyber security and information technology application. The overall leadership of the Party has been strengthened over the internet and information technology sector, the mainstream public opinion in cyberspace has been consolidated and developed, a comprehensive internet governance system has been basically formed, and the capacity and system for safeguarding cyber security has been improving. China has accelerated the efforts to build self-reliance and strength in internet and information technology, the leading role of information technology as a driving force for development has been given full play, the rule of law in cyberspace has been constantly improved, a greater say in international affairs and influence in cyberspace has been gained and strengthened, making a new leap forward in building China into a country with strong cyber strength.
